Return & Exchange Policy

At Swaykhat Ala Al Manqal, we are committed to serving freshly prepared products daily with the highest quality standards. Due to the nature of our fresh food items, orders cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery or pickup in order to maintain food safety.

If there is an issue with the order, such as receiving the wrong item or missing items, please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order and provide a clear photo. The customer will be compensated either by resending the correct item or refunding the amount of the affected item.
