Swaykhat Ala Al Manqal was established in 2024 to offer charcoal-grilled dishes with an authentic Kuwaiti Kandari touch. The idea began as a home challenge to create the strongest and most flavorful Tikka Loomi in Kuwait, eventually becoming a signature recipe built around freshly prepared loomi made daily and a balanced marinade that deeply infuses the meat before it is grilled over natural charcoal.

We make sure the meat is prepared and marinated fresh every day to guarantee tenderness and consistency in every order, while focusing on highlighting the rich flavor of Kuwaiti loomi in a way that preserves its authenticity and gives it a distinctive character.
